My dog Gopo is very nervous, so his visits are care and treats, but Shannon does a really good job, and puts Gopo at ease. She's very reliable, and I know if she spots anything amiss with him, she'll let me know straight away, and do and check anything I ask about him. Overall, im really happy with Shannon caring for Gopo.
