Sarah was lovely. Sent us upto date information about Lola. Worked in a really a responsible manner. Everything was punctual. Lola looked happy. We asked Sarah to put the keys through our letter box on her last visit but She made another journey to us to handover the keys once we were back. I am so pleased and grateful to Sarah. It seems Lola brought a mouse (trophy) to Sarah during her visits. What's more. All my family likes Sarah.
