Casey did a great job looking after my guinea pigs, she visited myself and the guinea pigs before I went away so I could go through everything with her. She was punctual, professional and caring too. I contacted her again because one of the guinea pigs was diagnosed with a problem at the vets and I wasn’t sure what the situation might be while I was away but Casey was very patient and waited for me to clarify with the vet a plan and I got back to her with details of how to medicate the guinea pig while I was away- I sent a video- Casey’s idea, so she knew what to do. She visited twice daily for feeding, checking over, cleaning out as required and medicating, following all the instructions and sending me updates- photos and short videos of the guinea pigs. She was happy to go even further by picking grass and dandelions for the piggies, I would highly recommend Casey to anyone for pet care.
