Claire was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Ensured she knew everything she needed to about the cats beforehand, and was very open to understanding what we required and meeting that. Kept us updated throughout visits and let us know they were doing well. Come home to 2 very happy cats! -
