My name is Lucia Ravano, and I've always had a love of animals, between 4 dogs, 3 cats, 1 hedgehog, 2 budgies, 5 hamsters and 1 horse, I've found I've become more and more capable of forging strong relationships with animals, which allow me to better recognize their needs.
