For me ensuring an animal is well looked after comes before anything else.
I'm very patient and quiet, so I work well with nervous/skittish cats or dogs and always try to take the time to build a relationship with them rather than in-and-out. I've also had some experience in looking after a diabetic cat and as long as I get clear instruction I have no problem with medicine/special diets.
