Dog came back large tick in kneck don't know how long it was in there He's a white westie so should have been noticed Was ill for months REGARDS ANNEMARIE GREIGReply:Very disappointed with this review Anne Marie. You were delighted that Ollie settled and was looked after so well, so much that you said you'd definitely bring him back. Can't help but think this is down to the part payment you promised to finalise on more than five occasions. I had no choice but to block your number after 14 calls in a row. You had ample time to contact Tailster for insurance purposes to pay for any treatment Ollie required. Reviewing my services a year later is odd, hopefully your actions won't deter other owners from losing out on a responsible dog boarder. -

Just got the girls back home and couldnt be more satisfied of the way Kat treated them. Both her family and herself are such dog people and the girls had so much fun with them. The videos we were receiving while being away were amazing as well. I totally recommend Kat and I will definately use her in the future.
