Initially when Katie arrived to visit my flat I thought someone else had turned up for the booking as she didn’t have any resemblance to the photo advertised on Tailster so I could only take her word that she was ‘Katie’. I was also informed by Tailster that I would receive daily updates from Katie but that never happened and in fact when I did send a message to Katie it took her over a day to respond. However this was my first time using this service so perhaps I got it wrong somewhere. Also my cats were alive and well so that was the main thing.
