This is 4 year old Tilly, who adores attention and needs two walks a day to use up all her energy. She loves being taken to big parks where she can freely roam around the fields (she is off-the-leash trained) and loves to chase ducks. I help out with a few of the walks a week and visit her every now and then when the house is empty so she doesn’t get lonely.

Meet Harvey, a wonderfully fluffy Shih Tzu. I’ve looked after Harvey quite a few times now and he’s incredibly tame and quiet. Only requires a little walk but enjoys quality play time.

Meet Lola, a family friends King Charles cavalier, I’ve had the joy of looking after her a few times (once for an entire month, while I also house sat for them). She’s reaching her last few years so requires slower and smaller walks, but still loves to chase the odd bird. Lola is happy as long as she’s by your side 24/7 and gets lots of cuddles.

Rocco is a chocolate brown dachshund, he is a speedy little guy with his little legs and very clingy (will cry if you leave him alone). Only needed small walks, had to be cautious and make sure he didn’t jump on to the sofa or anything as sausage dogs can easily injure themselves (mainly their backs due to the length).

These two husky pups are AJ and Malika. They have tons of energy and love the beach! As they were quite young at the time, I helped a lot in training them to be off-the-leash and dealing with other dogs/people in public spaces.

Now this is Molly. I’ve loved dogs from a young age and begged and begged my parents for one. When I was 5, we got little Molly, an American Cocker Spaniel. Sadly she passed away a few years ago due to old age, which broke my heart. She liked the odd walk but generally preferred to find the spot on the floor where the sun came through the window and sleep in the warmth of it. Cocker spaniels are known for ear problems (due to the heaviness of them) so every other day they had to properly be be cleaned inside and she also had problems with her knees as she got older so needed to be extra careful with her when it came to running or stairs.
