Kristen is just the best! From the moment you meet her, you know she is a genuinely great person who is going to look after your pet like her own. Lutz adores her! He is well looked after, Kristen sends me loads of photos throughout the day and I know he is the king of the castle and treated as such with Kristen. She is a genuine animal lover, she is accommodating, experienced and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!
