Agreed a date 2 months in advance and no communication day of! Dissapointing.Reply:I am saddened to receive this review as I believe it unfair. There was slow communication up to the visit and I did not receive a solid confirmation until the time suggested. Due to this I no longer continued visits as I prefer a solid plan in place, some peoples calendars allow for spontaneity and unfortunately I can not promis this. Communication is key
