We used Anne for while we was away for a week, yes she turned up and fed them but we hardly had any updates to let us know they was ok,the cat litters weren't refreshed with litters properly. The cats had been sick 4 times during the week and we wasn't even told only on one occasion,we're very disappointed with their care they received as we wrote a list for what needed doing and it wasn't done.
