    Unfortunately, did not deliver the care and service I expected.
    Reply:Hi Jen, it’s unfortunate you feel this way you have not used my service since December 18, I feel it is unjustified to review my care Negatively 8 months later. Your requirements were very specific with regards to feeding and litter changing which I adhered to. I always strive to provide the best care and after each booking I ensure that all my customers are happy, you never once made me aware that you were unsatisfied and always Thanked me for looking after Kosey&Louis. I welcome any feedback whether positive or negative, I wish that if there was an issue you could of contacted me directly before leaving a shattering review as I would of done my best to rectify this.
