Ella is absolutely fantastic, could not have wished for a better sitter for our dog and cat. She is a genuine pet lover, 100%! A great communicator, fun, reliable, responsible, caring and very attuned to maintaining the usual schedules and proclivities of our pets. Ella took wonderful photos and left the house pristine too. I would not hesitate to rebook her and I know our 4-legged ‘boys’ would be thrilled to hang out with Ella in the future.

Ella looked after our cat, Lilo, for 2.5 weeks whilst we were away. Ella was simply amazing and truly cared for Lilo as though she were her own cat! She sent detailed daily updates along with pictures and videos so that we could see what Lilo had been up to that day. As Lilo has some separation anxiety as a result of the pandemic, Ella volunteered to work from home from our place to give Lilo some extra company during the day. We could tell that this was a huge comfort to Lilo given that she warmed up to Ella very quickly! This really gave us the peace of mind to be able to enjoy our holiday knowing that Lilo was being well cared for. Ella was super accommodating with requests - even with some last minute changes on our part. Lilo had some minor digestive issues whilst we were away, which Ella was quick to flag and she dealt with extremely well. We came home to a lovely note and a polaroid of Lilo that Ella left for us - and of course, a very contented cat :) We would highly recommend Ella and she will be our first choice to look after Lilo when we're next away!

Ella was absolutely amazing! I had a lot of little requests and she tended to all of them and made sure I was okay with anything she did with my dog. She gave me wonderful, comprehensive updates with so many lovely pictures of my dog. I really appreciated how she planned a itinerary each day so that my dog would be able to be stimulated and well tended to. Ella was extremely responsive to all of my messages and always helpful. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a dog sitter/walker. She went above and beyond with her care and consideration. I definitely will be booking with her again! Thank you again Ella!
